TownsTech Digital Tools Terms of Use

1. Introduction
These Digital Tools Terms of Use govern the use of all online tools, calculators, generators, assessments, portals, software applications, artificial intelligence solutions, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, mobile applications, and digital platforms provided by TownsTech ("Digital Tools").
By accessing or using any TownsTech Digital Tool, you agree to these Terms and all related TownsTech policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Digital Tool immediately.
2. Covered Digital Tools
These Terms apply to all current and future TownsTech digital products, including but not limited to:
- Online calculators
- Generators
- Assessment tools
- Surveys
- Forms
- Business management systems
- Client portals
- Membership systems
- NGO management systems
- School management systems
- AI-powered tools
- Reporting platforms
- Learning management systems
- Mobile applications
- Cloud-based software

Whether offered free of charge or through paid subscriptions.
3. Permitted Use
Users may use Digital Tools only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Users agree not to:

- Disrupt system performance.

Users acknowledge that:

Where Digital Tools utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated decision-making:
- Results may contain inaccuracies.
- Outputs should be reviewed by a competent human before implementation.
- AI-generated content remains the responsibility of the user.
TownsTech does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
8. Availability of Services
TownsTech strives to maintain reliable access to Digital Tools.
However, availability may be affected by:

- Security incidents
- Internet disruptions
- Third-party service failures
- Force majeure events
Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
9. Subscription Services

remain the intellectual property of TownsTech or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
Use of the Digital Tools does not transfer ownership rights.

These features may:
- Change without notice
- Be modified or withdrawn
- Contain defects or inaccuracies
Beta features are provided strictly "as available."

- Availability
- Suitability
- Error-free operation
Users assume all risks associated with use.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TownsTech shall not be liable for:

- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Incorrect outputs
- User decisions based on generated results
- Third-party failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected service during the preceding twelve (12) months.
19. Changes to Digital Tools
TownsTech may:

- Remove features
- Replace technologies
- Retire Digital Tools
without prior notice where necessary.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
Any disputes arising from the use of Digital Tools shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
